Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a user experience designer and developer for a Q&A website to connect students and industry professionals across India & help them in developing a mentor-mentee relationship. The website should provide the following features:

STUDENTS:

1. Student profile creation as a Mentee (basic information such as Name, email address, Name of college, Study area)
2. Students of all kinds (Engineering, Law, Management etc) should be able to post questions related to their career aspirations or industry trends or professional skills required etc
3. Students of all kinds (Engineering, Law, Management etc) should be able to research advice or responses posted by industry professionals for career growth, industry trends, professional skills etc.
4. Students should be able to view all questions posted by them and responses from industry professionals (Activity).
5. Students should be able to like or comment on the responses received.
6. Whenever a response is posted by an industry professional, the student should get an email notification about the response.

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS:

1. Industry professional profile creation as a Mentor (basic information such as Name, email address, Company name, Industry)
2. Mentors will receive a weekly email feed of questions posted by students and should be able to respond to them through the email feed based on their professional experience and skills.
3. Mentors should be able to like or comment on responses posted by other mentors too.

GENERAL FEATURES:

1. The website should have a Testimonials page where students or industry professionals can post the benefits they have gained through the website. These testimonials should flash on the Home page.
2. This website is owned by a non-profit company. There should a Donate page where industry professionals can donate if they like to maintain the website. (Payment gateway to be included)
3. Other standard pages - Privacy policy, Terms & Conditions, Blog, About Us.

ADMIN LINK:

1. There should be ADMIN link through which the company founders should be able to monitor the questions posted on the website, manage user profiles of students and industry professionals,Contents of Privacy policy page, Terms & Conditions page, Blog page, About Us page.

Given above, is the basic theme behind the website. We are certainly open to better ideas and suggestions from you as far as user experience and use of underlying technology is concerned!
