- Personal Website Project -

a) Note:
• CSS templates and design ready completed.
• No payment transaction requirements.

b) Requirements:

• Site work like http://www.shiply.com/

My website will be for viewing and editing template documents (when logged in only) and then sending to a contact held with the websites database.
The website will need to store records of these documents once sent, saving the final version even if edited from the template.

c) Areas:

• Sign up process.
o T&C’s need to be confirmed.
o Above the confirmation there must be room for a link to full t&C’s and an area listing the top 5 points to note.
o Must have sign up validator on the go and user name options if taken.
o Email address confirmation by sending email which user must click before their account becomes live.
• Reporting area for logged in customers activities and email responses.
• Support centre (no live chat, email submission of issues, perhaps some sort of form with drop down options).
• Reporting area for non logged in users:
o Types of documents sent.
o By company.
o By sector.
o Satisfaction scoring (aggregate).
o Company search.
• Customer ‘my account’.
• Document editing area (Microsoft word only).
• Send completed document - cc’ing the account holders original email address and sending to the company on file.
• Confirmation requirement before sending.
• Ability for the consumer to rate the company’s response with sentence option.
o The logged in public can review each others responses.
o Under each company report these responses should available, but listing only the last 5.

• Way of submitting document by category:
o Can only be approved by website admin – then it goes live.
• Way of selecting document / type
• Way if submitting companies (location)
• Way of selecting company
• Searching the type of document you want.
• Company upload area for website admin (bulk upload).
• Cannot see documents without being logged in
• Business must be able to export all data and input all data
• Admin area for reporting and admin’ing all website activity.

They may be more, but I would like to repurpose a website like www.shiply.com not the design but the functionality. FYI this site will not be for moving goods!
