Website build

We are looking for a pre-launch website.We are looking for a visually engaging, static website that engages consumer and investor interest and encourages the completion of our online survey. We have mocked-up the website, written the copy and sourced the images. We have an email provider (newsletter), survey provider and a hosting provider. We would like the website to be live by the end of September.

We are looking for a similar design to flickr's homepage. If interested, please send links to some of your work. We are looking for recommendations of how best to build and content manage the site. As it's a short-term site, CMS is not so important.
