Basically I want to build a site like this

Dont need all products 4 max but should be able to change

To see how this site works you will need to register
The website solution you build should manage the whole process i do not have any database or sql (except what is available via a hosting package)so need the whole turnkey solution.
The question page (see attached sample) need to be easy to change as would adding new pages. I would like it in wordpress but will take advise.
