Website alterations and work

I have recently purchased a website, I have had some changes done to the site paying the person I brought the website from, they are currently overloaded with work, so I am looking for someone to finish of the alterations for me,

I need someone who has a talent in design and can be creative with the direction I want to go in,

The site is html/css with some javascript but a programer would only have to worry about editing the html/css
