Website advertising

i run a small but well played games website that i would like to start generating revenue to start the per hour is per client for advertising landed.
i need someone to get advertisers you would be working simply on commission every website you will get 10% of the fee for the first year this is a one of per client
the fee is £10 per day but after that increases when the site gets 5,000 views per day.
the client will have to pay a years fee in full.
I am looking for at least 100 clients but no more than 2000 i will be requiring the person i choose for this job every year.
