Website advert content adding and amending

Outline & Structure: We have about 500 adverts that need amending and content to be added. The job is easy, the adverts and pictures are already done, all I need doing is...
1) Advert title amending
2) Google title and description to be wrote (90% are already done)
3) Advert description to be rewrote to add unique content ( can add ebay links to what the items are selling for, brand info,item info and describe where best to sell, Quantiy of items going to be received.
4) Amend price (Easy * price by 10 then add 25%)
5) Amend RRP (times figure by 10)
6) Add weight (just add 2.5Kgs)
7) Change quantity to 10 (unless the advert is a job lot then add what the advert states in the quantity box)
8) Use dropdown box to choose item condition (New, New with defects etc.)
9) Add Brand to Brand box
10) Add a Image Alt Tag (easy, just type 3 of 4 words in the box to describe the picture above
11) Mark the item as Product is Available,Product is Live?
12) Click "update Product"
