Webplus website improvement

I have a webplus-designed website. As far as I know the only way to edit it is with Serif Webplus 6 software. I am looking for someone to give the site a professional makeover. Www.livingstreams.org.uk if you look at the site you can probably come up with some improvements fairly quickly if you have the eye for such things.
If you don't know what Webplus is or how to get around with it please do not respond to this job. Also it may save someone some time if I say here that I am not prepared to use any other software other than webplus for this website. I say this because inevitably someone says I should do it differently. Having been let down by a previous bidder, this job is now quite urgent and I am looking to get it done within the next few days. Thank you for looking, Rod
