Webpage design - Layered PSD

I am look for a designer who has good knowledge of web design. I need to find someone who is reliable as i will be giving new projects every week. The designs i want will be simple as the clients sites are low budget.

Additionally future work may include concepts for:

- Logos
- Business cards

i would need to know your typical turn around for a first concept and the hours that you work.
