Webmaster tasks / Word Press design /blog

I need some webmaster help for a 15 page website from someone with strong knowledge of Word Press. You will need at least 3 years experience of Word Press and some website design expertise for mobile platforms would be helpful. Initially, the job involves possibly 3-4 hours work but I am looking for ongoing support and some website building. I am a reliable and knowledgable and need to work with a professional person or a small team. You must be a good communicator and have a good temperament. This small job to start with is to be awarded very soon
