Webmaster-Bugs, fixes and future development

Hi there

I am on the search for a web-master for my site. The site itself has been completed, however there are some bugs and other bits that need to be sorted, (sadly the original developer is no longer available). Therefore I am looking for somebody that will eventually be a full-time web-master, looking after bugs, fixes and further development of the site.

At present my budget is limited however this will change in time. What I am proposing is perhaps a fee for completing the immediate work that urgently needs attention, and then possibly agreeing an on-going hourly fee that is acceptable to both parties.

Oh yes I am based in Plymouth, so a local candidate would be preferred (Plymouth or Devon or at a push Bristol).
