Web Windows WPF Silverlight UK Accounting System in VB.Net ASP.Net MVC MSSQL C#

I am looking for web or windows accounting package in .net/sql server environment.

The main modules I am after are
1) Bookkeeping and Accouting.
2) HR and Payroll.

It can either be in vb.net or C# but need to use MS SQL server 2005/2008/2008r2 as backend.

I am not really worried about fancy UI at this stage so do not worry if you are not a front end specialist.

I do not have time to go through whole development and test cycle so only contact me if you do have code ready and can deliver within a week's time.

I have not prepared any project detail document. However I expect the project aimed at UK market and should follow UK accounting practice and HMRC guidelines.

Please only contact me if you own the code. I am not interested in any open source package.

Last thing, code should be clean and bug free or atleast come with list of known bug(s) if any. Once again I need functional system not a beautiful system that does not do its job. Leave the UI improvement to me.

I will need to check the code before I pay. So I would expect to RDP to your system or any other way you deem appropriate (so you do not have to give me copy of the code) to enable me to browse through the code to satisfy that the code meets my requirements.
