Web to print personalisation website.

I'm looking for a web designer/programmer that can create a website as per the below specification. I found the closest one to my imagination is that of one called Moon Pig. Please click the following URL to give you an idea of what that is like: http://www.moonpig.com/uk/.

Basically we sell personalised items. All our items are the same size and shape which is approximately 15 x 15 cm. What I would like is for a website that my customers can interact with. Customers will come to my website and see an item with a certain design that they like. At this moment in time we have approximately 500 designs. I would like for customers to choose the design that they like and then be able to personalised with text of their choice. For certain designs it may be necessary for our customers to be able to change the font and colour, but for the most part we would like for this information to be preset.

When the customer has added their personalised text to the design of their choice, I would like it to be saved to my server when they have made payment. I'm not sure how all of this would work. But I believe some kind of management software has to be uploaded to my server, in this case that would be one-and-one Internet. Every evening we would like to connect to the server and download the images and then print them and send them to the customers address.

There are currently services like this available which you can find on the Internet by typing keywords like web to print. You have to pay a monthly subscription to this service and it has many more features than we require.
I hope I've explained clearly enough what it is I'm looking for, if not please let me know and I will try to provide more information.
