Web Template Bug Fix / Possible rebuild

I have a web template which I purchased online that has a bug in the "Works" section. The original coder cannot solve the bug. I have had a couple of other people look at it whom say they can try to solve the bug, or the template would basically need rebuilding. But cannot do it for me for several weeks.

The template has a bug in the 'Work" section in that when you shuffle the gallery thumbnails by category the maximise thumbnail icon vanishes on some of the thumbnails and you can't maximise it (in some, not all, web browsers). I need to either find someone who can solve the bug, or rebuild the site for me (fixing the bug) so that I can then re-skin it with my own graphics.

So, I basically need people to quote me 2 fixed prices.
1). A price to fix the bug
2). A price to basically rebuild the site with the existing graphics (but also to allow a link to my twitter page and and to allow a small bit of copy with the gallery picture once each gallery image maximises. I will then want to re-skin the site with my own graphics etc.

I have attached a ZIP file of the template with the bug in it.

I don't have much money to play with on this, but I do need it done ASAP.

So far I have been quoted fixed prices of £20 to fix the bug and £40 to rebuild the site by people whom are unable to do it for several weeks.
