Web system programmer

Established web site requires a programmer to provide about 10 hours a month for the development of new features and maintenance of existing site. Skills required include PHP, Javascript, XML, MySql plus Cpanel etc. The site was established 5 years ago and a redesign and rebuild is planned for later this year which will result in a requirement for >10 hours a month. Uk based applicants preferred.
