Web Site Programmer and Designer

We urgently need help with our website, we are a Taxi/Private Hire Company and we require a programmer to look at our website as our fare calculator which we are using to invite bookings is not working and is not user friendly. We also require a database for our customers to register our loyalty cards which we have distributed. We also require our site to be proof read and redesigned and look more user friendly as well help us set up an e-commerce store or payment gateway . I require this as an urgent job before the Universities start preferably by 17/09/2012. I am able to negotiate on a price but require someone who is willing to listen and act fast.
