Web Site Designer

i need a 20-30 page web site designed for a training company that must include CMS.
It must be web and google compliant.
There will be feedback and reply forms needed as well as a page for jobs and current company news.
I want the look and feel of a proffesional site and be simple to navigate
I have built my own site which is not a good example but all the content is there.
Please no strange comments i train people i do not design web sites.
It should give you an idea of the type of thing i am after.
