Web site design with content

I need a web site completed within 7-10 business days. I have all the content ready to go, sites I like and there are 5 tabs and some tabs have 1-4 sections or pieces of information. The site is for pet supplements and it has to be clean, professional, expensive and scientific looking. All applicants must provide examples of their work, be English speaking and provide references I can call. It also includes and order form and I need a section for uploading videos.
