Web Site Changes and Re Hosted

I have a website that needs some updating, re design work, I'd like to keep some bits and I have FTP files for the old site. Its currently not hosted so needs to be re hosted and the E-mail addresses updated and reinstated. The address is britefox.co.uk, the site is back up until 14th December in order to get the site content downloaded. I'd like to add some pages and have the ability to make changes myself at a later date. I have written some content I'd like added and I'm happy to provide input. I'd like the web site optimised and working better. We are a small office refurb company.
