Looking for a website build. The design is to mimic this site in every way (even type face and the banner ad placements)

Where the celebrity horoscopes sits will be a third party xml feed on the right hand side. Where the celebrity news is we would like a twitter feed.

At the bottom we require 3 links one for privacy policy one for terms and conditions and the other for contact us

Each should open in its own page which will carry the same top layout. The contact us page should be a basic contact form full name email and notes. we need the site optimised for Google ad word(account ready) and linked to Face book and twitter accounts.

The site should also be easy to edit telephone number heading ect:

We also require a template which will be a copy of the masthead of the webpage. it is important when considering this design and the program you use (wordpress,html,joomla Drupal )that it renders correctly in all the main web-based email services google,hotmail aol, yahoo and outlook

We do not require hosting but will require maintenance around this site
