1.User sign up( with trial option and payment information)
2.Ability for users to map multiple locations on the same map(google maps)
3.Ability for the user to choose the color of the dot to be represented on the map.
4.Ability to have US zip code delimiters on the map
5.Ability for the user to save multiple locations on his/her homepage
6.Ability for the user to display on the map specific zip codes
7.A database that contains the locations(addresses) to be imported by the web admin
8.Ability for the web administrator to load new location(addresses) as excel or csv file in the database.
9.Adaptive scrip or program to read the excel or csv file based on the header so that the right columns are populated
10.Ability to either add new entries as new entries or as part of older entries
11.Ability for the user to display 1, 2 or more fields from the database.
12.Ability for the user to sort the table by field of the database.
13.Ability for the web administrator to associate pictures to entries in the database.

15.The databases and parts of the program should be portable (modifying/replacing one part of the program should not cause any issues to the other: No major dependency among the parts) and also multi platform supported programs and database.
