Web projects (various)

We are looking for talented, creative web designers and/or coders to assist us on a number of web based projects. Ideally we are looking for an all rounder, someone who can design stunning, usable websites, but someone who also has some coding experience. I must stress though, we are only looking for 'creative' designers, we get inquiries from many outsource companies and more often than not, the standard of design is not high enough. It is also important that you speak/write good English as in some cases you may be required to deal direct with our clients.The ideal person will be able to manage the project from concept through to delivery, so really they would need good project management skills.

Obviously design and coding are two very different disciplines, so we don't expect to find an expert designer and expert coder, but you must be able to do the basics (XHTML, Valid CSS, WSC standards etc). A background in branding, copywriting and marketing would also be a big advantage. If we find the right person, we can provide a consistent stream of work as we are currently at our full capacity. We have had some bad experiences with outsource companies in the past, mainly reliability and trust, so it's important that we find a genuine person/company that we can build a long term business relationship with, this isn't just a one-off project.

Please send several examples of 'live' websites and give us some indication of pricing. We will get back to you ASAP with our feedback. I must stress again, we are looking for a very high standard of design. The success of our business is built on referrals and our high standard of work and therefore we can't afford to compromise on this.
