Web programmer with JS, PHP, HTML, CSS knowledge required for simple project

I am a university student in the UK. I need your help to fix my project for me.

Basically I am required to set up a simple website with products with added javascript functions. I have done most of it myself, however I just need help with one page.

Basically simple functions such as totaling the cost of books, or other options that are near the bottom do not function correctly.

My university have provided me all the javascript files to function everything and I just require to link all together as I have no idea!

Attached to this message is a zip file which contains all my web files and a word specification with background information on the tasks I need to complete. I need you to modify these as requested in the word document. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING REQUIRED BEFORE BIDDING.
