Web Page to Code Up

I have written a (html) web page which is the front end to allow people to look at and test our new science educational software (written in Java). The existing page has been written by us, and shows what needs to be done, but lacks any style!

As well as coding, it needs some styling doing:
- the font's are not right, both size and style
- the screenshots have not scaled well, is that possible?
- it needs a background - this is taken from desk background in the cdrom view

Quick and simple task needs doing, we would expect task to take 2 hours.
