Web page design needed ( Umbraco / HTML / CSS )

Description of every page: I need a page designed which makes the current candidate services text only page more attractive and which fits better with the existing site design.

Please send examples of pages you have designed when submitting your proposal.

I am looking for a design which can be implemented within the umbraco CMS but it fully supports CSS/HTML so if you don't have any knowledge of umraco feel free to still submit a proposal.

I ideally want a design and the HTML / CSS version of it. If you only want to do the design, I am open to that however please make it clear in your proposal.
