Web homepage mock up, psd required

We need a UI designer to work out some excellent homepage mockup and PSD. The website we like is wikia.com and more similar in function like http://www.jinx.com/home.aspx.(which loading a bit slow)

We will let you know more about the requirement and you need produce simple sketch to discussion with us and then go with mock up, once approved, a final mock up and two or three PSD file required.
