Web / Graphic Designer Required

The following job has been posted before but no one read the brief and bidded accordingly, so we could not select a freelancer, the first freelancer that can a) show a portfolio of good web design work b) show us a watermarked mock up of one of the pages in the brief (so we know you can do the work) will get the work.

We require a web designer to design our new website, no coding needed just graphic design. The work will entail designing 17 Web pages and a flash app which we will need 6 pages designing for. Please find at bottom full details of what we wish to achieve.

We want a UK designer only for this project, we will pick a designer that has a good portfolio, the best way to win this work is to show us a design of one of the pages feel free to watermark, this will enable us to see the person has understood what we are looking to achieve, that they have read the brief and that they have the skills to complete.
