Creating four boxes in HTML/CSS that fit on an A4 sheet

Experience Level: Intermediate
I need an HTML template that shows four rectangle boxes on an A4 sheet with all gulleys between the boxes and between the edges of the paper as 10mm. The boxes should be in red with rounded corners as shown in the attached file, pph005_001.

The logo, xmrlogo.png, is also include as an attachment and should be placed in the top right hand corner as shown in the example. There will be text to the right of the logo sich as:
RDF can harness Google searches for private interrogation

This is a template and will be populated with text as necessary and then printed off on a local HP printer.

Any person familiar with HTML/CSS can do this very easily. I have obviously done it myself already, but need someone else to produce a more elegant template and to work out how to set the gulleys to the correct width, etc.
