Pin Delivery System

I am looking for a online instant Pin delivery system based on a online shoping cart store. The pin delivery sytem to sell e-voucher pin and calling cards online. just like this pin delivery system based on open source shopping cart system. It should include

Mulit-vendor system with 3 tire pricing eg: wholeseller--agent---shop. agent will earn commision from wholeseller, when he/she sign up new shop and every time the shop purchase a voucher from the store.

Credit Based Payment module : Customers can initially topup their account. this could be done by a bank deposit or through payment gateway such as paypal and other credit card processing. once their account has been credited, they can purchase products from online shop.

View PIN : The purchased PIN numbers should be avialble instantly to print and should show on customers' order history.

wholeseller--agent--shop should be able to view report on sales and profit.

- Attach PINs to products (bulk), using a CSV file
- Sold Pins Management (Sort, Resend, Delete)
- Pin Availability Check (Informs admin by email, and disables checkout for products with no PIN)
- 128Kb encryption of pin numbers (pins are encrypted while there are being stored in the database)

- Built-in CMS (Content Management System) (Create your own content using simplified HTML editor, like your Word editor)
- Integrated HTML editor for all Text boxes
- Add pictures for product
