Web development partner in new business venture

I’m looking for a ‘Web Guru’ to partner with - to help grow an early stage business in the area of Online Media Marketing. In particular we are focused on providing an outsourced Social Commerce service. Of particular interest to us will be Wordpress, CSS, HTML5, PHP, Java etc.

Our company has started trading and we now want it to go to the next level. Whoever succeeds taking on this role will be earning client fees and subsequently have the opportunity to own a stake in the business.

We’re London-centric and although by no means essential these days, given the key nature of this role, it could be helpful if you were UK based.

I’m a serial entrepreneur who’s built, bought and turnaround several businesses, taking one of them to a successful stock market listing. I’ve specialised in online communications and e.commerce businesses for the past 16 years.

If you’re chosen to take on this vital role, we’ll actually immediately pay you you’re first $50 in ‘client fees’ in advance as gesture of good faith and a demonstration of how important we regard this role.

As part of the selection, we’d like you to spend some time on a ‘Skype meeting’, covering your own background, commitments and then what you’d be doing with us, covering first priorities and so on. This is very practical, as it will also give you the opportunity to hear a little about us and what our aims are.
