I am looking for a developer to develop a website on which people can buy a page, select a template, and then use the template to develop their own page. buyer becomes admin for the page they bought, and should be able to allow/disallow people selected by him/her to add content to the page.
We must be able to take the page down immediately if buyers don't play by the rules, bar repeat offenders from participating on the site ever again.etc. People must be able to upload at least 1 picture onto their page. People must be able to go directly to their own page, without having to trawl through lists of pages, categories etc.Don't want anything complicated, but the system must be able to take an unlimited amount of pages, be fool and abuse proof, etc. In short, this is intended to be a social networking site, but with a difference.
