Web developer to go into partnership.

I have a couple of ideas for web based businesses and I am looking for someone technically minded and based in the Northeast of England to go into partnership with on a 50/50 basis to launch these.

I am a lawyer by profession, and therefore whilst I have come up with a couple of basic concepts, I have no idea how to execute them! I envisage that my skills would lie in taking a hands on role in running the business, leaving you to concentrate on development and optimisation of the web platform.

I would be looking for an equal contribution to costs and am prepared to share profits equally.

Not keen to put details on here and would require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing details of the concept with you (sorry to lawyer it up). If we want to work with each other then I can prepare a simple partnership agreement to ensure that we are both protected.
