Web developer to build a site in wordpress or another free CMS system

I've designed a 11 page (including home page) website, pixel perfect in illustrator (which i can translate into a psd file if need be). It has some low level interactive elements such as roll over states, a carousel, some tabs/folios and a contact page. There will also need to be a live twitter feed built into the footer. The home page is unique from the sub pages and the remainder of the pages all have a very similar wireframe. The site will also have a blog built in.

I'm looking for a experienced web developer to take my files and build and load the site for me. I'm a busy freelance designer and am ideally looking for someone that i can work with on numerous projects. I currently have 3 in the pipeline and all need to be built to a high standard.

All candidates/bids will need to be accompanied by live examples of work you have developed and if possible a cv would be good.

I've attached two visuals (both will are still in the design development phase, but shouldn't change dramatically) so you can get an idea of how the site will look/work.
