Web developer for new website - - php language preferred

Requirement details below:

** Our page designs are all done and ready for development so you're not required to do that. Our full requirements are also supported with detailed specification document.

We're looking for a web developer to develop our new website with the following features:
1. Product catalogue
2. Product review
3. Custom blog
4. Newsletter signup

Please note that although we have a product catalogue, this is NOT an ecommerce site and therefore does not have shopping basket, checkout or payment facility.

We're happy with any open source software customised to our needs.

We will require a free maintenance period for 6 months from the live date.
