Web Developer/Designer needed to recode existing website so that is sleek

Existing music website needs somebody to recode it so that it is sleek, fast, responsive and easily updatable.
The site was designed on Adobe Muse and it is also how I originally planned to update the site. However, this is quite time consuming and so I am also looking for an alternative option to the method of updating. I will pay for each aspect and also will be requiring further work for future ideas I wish to implement.
