Web Designer Wanted

I need a small CMS (6 pages) website designed and built for an event in June. I have images and copy but I need graphic design created for the design of the website and stationery to match.

The event is a wedding celebration themed along the lines of a mini music festival.

I like the look of sites like - Glastonbury and Womad and Sherstonfest.

Requirements:

Homepage
incl. logo, event image and event description - location, date, real-time countdown to the event date.
Pages to include a text and gallery image area surrounded by a full width (1024 pixels) background image which I'll supply.
Plus links to -
Getting There (Google map and directions)
Line-up (bands' biographies and photos)
Accommodation (list of various options)
Contact (RSVP via email)
Blog

So 6 pages in all. I would like the build in HTML5 if poss to allow for easy viewing on mobile devices.

2. When you can start and how long to complete
3. What software you are recommending using
4. Total cost
5. Number of design creatives given to choose from
