Web Designer to help build responsive site template

We have a Joomla component that we need to style professionally. It is a maps based web interface that allows users to plan their holidays. We need an experienced web designer to evaluate where we are at and put forth designs to take us where we want to go. You should have strong css and good jquery - you won't be expected to do backend programming but you should be able to stand on your own feet with the user interface. Most importantly you should have a flair for design. You would report to the technical lead on the project.

Among the tasks we need to address are font and colour scheme selection, screen layout, icon and button design, use of responsive template (scales to screen size), print template and export to PDF.

Experience with Joomla would be a distinct advantage as would familiarity with php.
