Web Designer Required for Town Council Website Concept

We require a top quality web designer witha proven track record and portfolio of recent work to work on a concept for a pitch for a new web, mobile & tablet website design for a local town council website.

We will provide further information as well as the full brief to selected applicants.

The brief is to produce a homepage website concept for the client which will also have a mobile & tablet version as demonstrations of how the main website would look on a smaller mobile device using a responsive layout approach.
