Web Designer Needed

I am looking for a web designer for a side project i have coming up within the next few months. I am looking for someone who has the time to cope with this project and can also deal with regularly keeping the website maintained.

The project is in the process of being finalised and is a job board but i wanted to get in contact with yourself to see if it was something you were interested in and were able to put together. Also what price you would charge for this service.

The Website

We are looking for a website very similar to the 'job boards' that already exist (Jobsite, Monster, Planet Recruit, CV Library etc). We need the website to have two working sides to it, one side for people uploading there profiles/CVS and the other for the companies that will be searching the database for the Profiles/CVS. Therefore we need a website that is capable of holding a database of around 1,000 profiles initially but we expect this to grow relatively quickly within the 6-12 months after the launch. The site also needs to have a fairly detailed search function for the companies logging in, that enables them to track down and find the right profiles for them. The search option will have around 6 different questions each with 3-10 tick box options.

We would be looking for the profiles/CVS to be easily uploaded directly on the website, so they would fill in the boxes directly on a page on the website. Everything from name, previous experience, area of work, location etc. This way we were thinking all of the profiles will look similar creating a cleaner image for the companies searching. To upload a profile all the user would have to do is create an account (username & password), which if they logged in would let them view, edit and delete there CV.

Also we need an option on the website for the companies to be able to pay for the subscriptions and pay directly on the website with all leading credit/debit cards. That would then after they have paid give them a unique username and password to log into their account. We would also like the companies to be able to send any CVS they like the look of to a 'my shortlist' section, where they could view them easily without conducting another search.
