Web Designer (maybe graphic designer)

We need images, and banners designed for our wordpress site.

We are a music site for emerging artists/musicians. We undergoing a complete overhaul of our site and have purchased a wp theme, installed it and we're currently in the process of populating it.

Would be great if we could bring on a designer who could create banners, images, tutorial diagrams.

Please only respond if you have experience of designing web banners and diagrams.

Please respond with a reasonable budget outline if you feel that this is something you can do
