Web designer, graphic and brand specialist

I am looking for a web designer to help me redesign my company's website. I am interested in applicants with at least 6 years experience of design and programming. Involvement in brand building and a solid design background is essential at university level. You will need to be an initiative taker and be able to offer advice involving the latest in web innovation. Ideally you are skilled in web applications and databases. I would like to see a portfolio of your work and references to past clients. I already have a good idea of the design I need but would like it worked on to offer a fresh, clean and modern look aimed at the European/Scandinavian market place.
