Web designer -Food diary

I require a food diary function that enables members to record their daily food intake and work out the calories and nutrients consumed.
I require the following:
• A searchable food database
• Facility to record a members own personal food database by adding their own foods and recipes at any time. They also need to be able to access them from anywhere with an internet connection
• Members need to be able to log their exercise/activity which should also link to their attendance at PS4fitness sessions.
• Monitoring facility of when members sign on or don't with Email prompt reminders to me and the member to encourage them to sign in
• Users able to work out their calorie weight loss/weight gain goals and the system automatically track.
