Web designer/developer

We're a small web company (one developer and one designer) based near London Bridge, looking for a web designer and/or developer. We'd be looking to build the role around the person, so there is wiggle room on the role.

The person would need to be happy working in the office too, at least initially.

You should be able to do some of (please indicate which):
- design (creating web designs in photoshop to client spec)
- web design (e.g. html/css/js for brochure sites)
- web development (php)
- Wordpress sites (design/development; plugin creation a bonus)
- Magento sites (custom module creation a big bonus)
- the ability to project manage/manage your time
- interaction with clients


You don't need to be able to do them all as we/you could use contractors for parts of this.

Initially work would be as and when we needed it, but this would quickly grow to full time if you and us were on board with that. In the mean-time may be happy for you to use the office for your other work too.
