Web designer/builder

We looking for a web designer to work on the design of a new site for the training industry. Someone who can work quickly and produce a set of designs for all pages. Must have web building experience however we may use another builder for speed, but design skill must be first class. The site must be designed in under 4 weeks. Please only bid if you have a portfolio. Location near Essex but not essential. Will require some meetings in London or Essex.

Designs must be user friendly for building however, if you have the skill to build too then we will consider that too. If you're bidding, please accept that we will want to use your services additionally for the next 3 years with weekly design updates.

We are not interested if you are currently full time employed, this needs to be a full time web designer/builder as we need to speak on a daily basis.
