Web designer / builder

Having hired several unreliable web designers in the past, i am STILL seeking a reliable... sorry, RELIABLE web designer.

I have plenty of websites that need to be built, i already own the domain names, and i also have a basic hosting package, what i need is the missing link, someone who can put it all together for me, starting with the smaller one page sites and building up to the larger sites that will incorporate forums for example.

RELIABILITY IS KEY, so if you're the sort of person who will start a job and then not finish it, DO NOT APPLY AS IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AS WELL AS MY OWN.

also, do not apply if your hourly rate exceeds what i am prepared to pay, as this will also waste both of our time... I WILL NOT OFFER YOU THE WORK IF YOUR HOURLY RATE IS MORE THAN THE HOURLY RATE THAT I AM PREPARED TO PAY.... THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE RULE.

Sorry for the caps lock, but i have made a few listings in here, and it appears that nobody bothers to read the listing.

Finally, if i allow 3 hours of time for you to create a simple one or two page website, and the agreed rate is say £8.00 per hour... DO NOT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT OF MORE THAN £24.00, AS YOU WILL NOT BE AWARDED THE WORK.

Point at hand, why shoulod i pay you 50 pounds or 250 pounds when initially, i only want 24 pounds worth of work carried out.

I have 13 domain names, a hosting package, and zero websites... so the work is there, however, i need to build up trust, and if you can not be trusted to build a small little website, there is no way that i am ever going to trust you with the larger websites... been there, done that, and still... have no websites up and running to show for it.
