Web designer

Hi all,

I am looking to get a new website designed and created, the website is going to involve selling socks to the members of the public. To start with I will be selling 13 products on the website and will using PayPal to accept payments and would also accept direct debit.
I would like the website to be fairly simple and easy to run.
I would also like the website to be bright, quirky and original.
The website will also have to be secure because I will be taking payment and storing personal information,
