Web Designer

Hi I am looking for a web designer/programming to design a prototype of a website concept. The website idea is a networking Globe where people can pick their 2 different locations in the globe where they live in now and where they originally come from. The idea is to see where people moving to different parts of the world in the globe and where they originally are from.You can go to their each location share their stories and check their photos etc. I need help with visualizing the prototype and how to develop this concept to become a good proposal for a website.
