Web design services, online promotion services, graphic design, video production

We're looking for a long term web partner to work with us on a variety of popular products which we distribute worldwide. We presently pay an average of £2000/£3000 per month for graphic design services and have our own in-house web developer who is getting far too stretched with other aspects of our company's expansion which is resulting in our online brand becoming substantially outdated.

On that basis, I can say that we're happy with our current graphic designer and have been working with him for the past 7 years (so he knows us well and knows our brand intimately) and are keen to build a similar style relationship with a creative individual (or company) who has a good grasp on web design and a tight command over current programming techniques (our graphic designer falls short here and tries to replicate his print ideas to the web which just hasn't worked for us).

The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, available to carry out our work at short notice, have good programming skills in xhtml, css, php and jquery and an ability to create clean, cutting edge web pages (we're not asking for much :-)

Most importantly; as we want to build the same relationship with this individual or company as we have with our graphic designer - (ie, a long term one) - we will generate regular work loads and would anticipate in return, a priority of [their] time and, while we're prepared to pay industry standard for quality work, we would hope to receive a preferentially reduced hourly work rate based on that volume and the long term nature of the relationship we're looking to form.

The initial work will consist of a complete redesign of our existing main website in addition to a refresh of a second website plus the creation of two new, smaller sites for [two] new products being launched shortly.
