Web Design Only Project

Hi,

I would like you to quote for a web design project to be provided in PDF format only.
My client wants a GigaOm/Mashable type design developed and has developed some wireframes for the pages, which I can send to you.

This is what is required:

Create a look and feel for the website layout- choosing colour palette, type style, design features to add impact and bring to life the wireframe provided

Once 1 or 2 page designs are approved by client, she will require us to artwork all remaining pages (22 in total) in PDF only.

The client also needs a new Logo design to tie in with the website.

So the scope is:

New logo
Style guide
Design of all 22 pages and provided in PDF

Please do not bid if you cannot show me some creative website (creativity is key for this project) examples and 2 references.
