Web design needed - My old site needs to be copied and re-developed

Hi all,

A couple of years back I decided to create a Classifieds site using the services of a web developer who used drupal (http://www.classifind.eu/), after a lot of effort the site turned out great but unfortunately was lacking in back end usability, as well as things like a price field for customers to input the price being left out, and for some bizarre reason they where unable to fix this and subsequently gave up on this project.

However looking at the site again I feel quite strongly that this needs to be done and done properly so I need someone who can do just that, so what do I want:

I would like an exact copy of the site (Now going to use a local domain) , using a far more user friendly system whilst also maintaining the same functionality.

The site needs to:
1. Allow customers to post ads, input a price, a description, their location and upload a maximum of 4 images.
2. The site will need to allow 3 also allow for the features available on the site, these being 'Spotlights' (in listings) and 'Banners' (2 available per category) + 1 set for the home page
3. Allow the customers to purchase 'Spotlight Features' and have these go live immediately on site.
4. I need to be able to ad and remove categories and subcategories, whilst being able to upload icons for each
5. I need to be able to ad and remove ads
6. I need to be able to ad and remove banners

These are only some of what is required, but due to the site already being developed and all content already added this is actually a very simple project for the right individual.

Before contacting me, ensure you have gone through the above mentioned site, it is also important to note that this will be an on going role, as the site grows, I already have various other target markets and the chosen individual will be given the option to develop these projects also.
